Darius Petrauskas, Partner, CFA, FRM

Responsibilities: Fund Structuring, Compliance, Financial Strategy and Planning, Fundraising and Investor Relations

He has an extensive knowledge of capital markets and regulation, complex instruments, quantitative methods, risk management and at SOUND AM oversees fund structuring, modeling, financial planning, markets analysis, product strategy, fundraising and investor relations.

Previously, for nearly 20 years Darius worked at the central bank of Lithuania where he was responsible for fixed income trading, asset management, financial stability and macroprudential oversight functions, was heading the investment committee and 9 years served as the deputy chairman of the executive board.
During his latest carrier he worked at the Valstybės Investicijų Valdymo Agentūra UAB (VIVA) as a Head of business development and has been on the Nasdaq CSD supervisory board since 2017.

Darius holds master’s degree in finance from Vilnius university and master’s degree in public administration from Harvard University.

Andrius Sokolovskis, Partner and CEO

Responsibilities: Fund management, Deal structuring, Investor relations

Andrius has 17 years of experience in the financial sector and corporate banking. Previously he worked as a Loan Officer at European Investment Bank (EIB) where he was responsible for private corporates, commercial banks, NPIs and energy utilities financing in the Baltic Sea and Northern Europe markets. Prior career at EIB, he spent more than 10 years at Nordea Bank Lithuania where he was leading private corporates financing in Lithuania. Andrius is independent Board Member a Valstybės Investicijų Valdymo Agentūra UAB (VIVA) and Chairman of Investment Committee at Pagalbos Verslui Fondas (PVF). He is also a co-founder of crowdfunding platform BeMyBond.

Rolandas Ročius, Partner

Responsibilities: Investment Committee chair, Risk management, Deal structuring

With extensive experience in corporate lending and risk management, he previously served as Chairman of the credit committee at SEB bank. Rolandas then joined SME Finance (fin-tech company), focusing on risk management, and later played a key role in building the largest private debt fund in the Baltic states at
state-owned Valstybės Investicijų Valdymo Agentūra UAB (VIVA).

Rolandas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics from Vilnius University.

Artūras Vilkas, Partner

Responsibilities: Sourcing, Structuring, Executing and Monitoring Investments

With 15 years of corporate lending experience, Arturas has excelled in diverse roles, starting working with SMEs and later on providing complex financing solutions for large corporate client segment.

Prior role was leading a team responsible for originating the Baltics’ largest debt fund at €225 million in less that 2 year time.

His expertise encompasses in executing financing deals, credit analysis, risk management, financial modeling, strategic planning, and team leadership.
